Hi There Fellow Black Woman.
“Together, we can break barriers and go beyond boundaries, so let us continue to persist. Be kind to yourself, believe in you. You will be surprised by how much you can do in this lifetime!” – Adah
Today we have a different post. Today’s post is here to show appreciation for every black woman reading this.
I hope you get a taste of safety – being protected, of pure joy, of real love.
I hope you give up mental habits that are holding you back.
I hope you stop questioning the positions you’re in.
I hope you know you are deserving of good things of a ‘soft life’
I hope for a future where you don’t need to prove your humanity.
I hope you know how aesthetically pleasing you are.
I hope you know that healing from past traumas is within reach.
I hope you know you can do whatever you want to do.
I hope you know you are the current and future leaders of this world.
I hope you know you don’t have to prove anything to anyone.
I hope you experience harmony and peace.
I hope that the war against us ends.
Every time I think about black women I always tear up. I always get chills and at the same time, I get excited. I don’t know anyone who has gone through more than what we’ve been through but continue to see the beauty in the world, a world that forgets we even exist. Celebration of self is paramount so I hope you do more of that daily. I hope you know how much of a queen you are and how you always have been.
I hope for endless blessings & for happiness to continue to come your way – it’s only up from here.
We are here to stay, we are here to slay.
XO
