Happy Twenty Plenty my amazing readers,
Today I am just taking you through my first brunch of 2020 and this exciting new decade we are so blessed to have stepped foot in there. My friends and I visited Bowl’d restaurant where every dish is food porn – My second time going and they’ve kept their very high standard – Exceeded all expectations, and I’m not exaggerating. In case you had any doubt about visiting this gem I am here to tell you that you should go because everything is perfect and worth every cent. Fantastic and friendly service, 4 unique seating areas which all have a personality of their own, what more could one ask for from a restaurant.
Food: 10/10 – I’ve tasted 4 of their dishes, and I was very impressed, especially their fish and pasts dishes.
Menu options: There is something for everyone 8.5/10, and the drinks menu is not limited at all, Gin lovers will love this place.
Price: 8.5/10 you get what you pay for, so that’s acceptable, the average cost is R160 so one can spend unto R450 on two cocktails, bottled water and a main meal
Ambience: Refreshing, the perfect summer spot to chill and forget about any problems you have, I love it because it makes me forget I am in Joburg. There’s no real age limit – but you’ll find your 23 – 45.
There is no better way to enjoy my Sunday afternoon with my girls.
